Senior Lead AI Content Strategist

About the role

ADP is building a next-generation AI-native HCM platform for small businesses. We are rethinking what payroll, HR, and compliance software looks like when it is designed from the ground up with Generative AI technology at the center, including how the product speaks. We are looking for a Senior Lead AI Content Strategist who is two things at once: a skilled, versatile writer who takes pride in the craft, and a strategic thinker who defines the standards that govern how an entire product communicates. You will be hands on every day, writing UI copy, conversation scripts, in-product guidance, and creating standards for AI-generated content flows. You will also decide what good looks like, get the team behind it, and own those standards going forward. There is no inherited styleguide to execute against. You will audit what exists, then build the voice specification the entire team aligns behind, then govern it and continue contributing to it as a writer. A meaningful part of the job is defining how the AI itself sounds, partnering with ML and engineering to translate voice standards into specifications they can integrate into prompts, evaluating AI-generated content against those standards, and maintaining a living library of on-brand and off-brand examples the team will use as artifacts in their work.
