About the role
Lawn Doctor is seeking Senior Lawn Care Technicians who can provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. Ideal candidates are customer-facing professionals with at least 2 years of experience in lawn care services.
Responsibilities
- Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products
- Aerate and seed lawns
- Perform shop work
- Offer new services to customers and prospects
- Work outdoors with minimal direct supervision
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Good attendance record
- At least 2 years actual work experience in lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, lawn pest control)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to meet production goals
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check
Benefits
- $17.5/hr and up (depending on experience)
