This Opportunity Is Location: Hilo, HI
Status: Full-time
Days/Hours: TBD
Base pay rate: $23.68 to $26.05
Responsibilities
- Supports the laboratory technical staff in specimen procurement, specimen processing, and some basic lab testing.
- Trains new personnel, prepares work schedules, oversees daily workflow, and ensures the site adheres to company policies and practices.
- Ensures laboratory specimens are adequately processed, prepared, routed, and stored.
- Recognizes when corrective action is needed and implements effective solutions.
- Works in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
- Champions safety, compliance, and quality control.
Position Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience.
- Leadership skills.
- Computer skills and medical terminology.
- Customer service experience.

For hospital settings, additional requirements may apply and change without notice, including, but not limited to, criminal background checks, health clearance, and hospital compliance training.
Successfully pass Company pre-employment drug test and periodic and random thereafter.
