Senior Key Account Manager, Personal Care

Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and resolve complex customer challenges.
  • Create innovative solutions addressing evolving customer needs.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
  • Lead accurate forecasting, disciplined commercial planning, and effective budget management.
  • Support key customers across North America through flexible remote work and travel.
  • Manage sales pipeline to increase incremental revenue for the company.
  • Develop and execute tactical sales initiatives to create demand for current and future product offerings.
  • Communicate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and annual sales projections for existing and new products.
  • Identify cost/value plans and work with a dedicated team to ensure execution.
  • Collaborate across all relevant functions internally to ensure new programs are launched on time and within budget expectations.
  • Provide insights from the customer to Marketing and other cross-functional teams.
  • Identify customer requirements to help drive current and future product offerings.
  • Prepare and present presentations and proposals to management.
  • Develop strategic account strategies and recommendations to prioritize resources and drive overall company strategy.
  • Support the execution of projects with technical staff and contribute to team efforts through related projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven Account Management or Business Development experience in the Personal Care industry, driving growth for OEM and/or Private Label customers.
  • Proven strong history of successful selling to technical customers.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to effectively influence decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written).
  • Collaborative, team-player, adept with key stakeholder management.
  • Able to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple projects, and deliver programs on time within budget.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle/Discoverer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to travel; 30% Travel.
