Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships
  • Partner with PL Account Managers to service existing customers as needed
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed
  • Work and monitor a daily task list
  • Effectively and accurately document all correspondence in our Client Management System.
  • Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing environment open to continuous improvement and training.
  • Qualifications

    • A high school or bachelor's degree
    • Experience with High-Net-Worth clients
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
    • Punctual, Reliable and Organized
    • Detail Oriented
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work with team members or independently
