Senior Journeyman HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a broad range of residential heating and cooling systems
• Provide excellent customer service with honest, straightforward recommendations
• Work independently with full backing from an experienced support team
• Share insights with the Service Manager regarding training, inventory, and pricing

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2)
• 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Solid experience evaluating repair vs. replacement options
• Strong communication skills and interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal work and air balancing
• Universal EPA Certification
• Familiarity with leading brands (Trane, Carrier, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Viessmann, Burnham, York, Goodman, Lennox, etc.)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fair and manageable on-call rotation)

Pay

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses
