About the role

Java API Developer Lead with extensive experience designing and delivering high-performance backend services for enterprise transaction processing systems, financial applications, and large-scale integration platforms. Proven expertise in driving modernization initiatives, enabling scalable and resilient architectures, and supporting mission-critical applications that process high transaction volumes with stringent reliability and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of backend services, collaborating with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and implement APIs that enable seamless integration between enterprise platforms, external systems, and financial networks while supporting both real-time and batch processing workloads
• Drive application modernization initiatives through the transformation of legacy systems into modular, microservices-based architectures
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and operational stability across complex distributed environments handling time-sensitive business transactions
