Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems, and scalable application development.
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of AI application concepts including prompt engineering, AI agent architecture, vector search, embeddings, or RAG workflows.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience including Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong Oracle or relational database expertise including SQL, stored procedures, transaction management, and performance tuning.
- Experience with job scheduling and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Autosys, or Control-M.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills within agile engineering environments.
Preferred Experience
- Financial services or enterprise platform engineering experience.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native application architectures.
- Exposure to performance benchmarking, production readiness reviews, and application security practices.
- Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
