Manage IT infrastructure relationships with hosting providers, cloud platforms, and hardware vendors
Develop and enforce firmwide cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection protocols
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments across all systems and offices
Lead the firm's response to security incidents, breaches, or threats

Report to senior leadership on system health, security posture, technology roadmap, and IT budget
Collaborate with HR on new hire technology onboarding and offboarding processes
Work with department heads to understand evolving software needs and prioritize technology investments accordingly
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in IT management, systems integration, or technology operations — preferably within an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and endpoint management
Proven cybersecurity experience including policy development, incident response, and compliance management
Experience supporting multi-office or international organizations across different time zones and regulatory environments
Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical staff and leadership
Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
