We need to output HTML fragment with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Job ID, location, date posted, category, subcategory, schedule full-time, shift day, travel no, clearance required TS.SCI, clearance level must be able to obtain none, potential for remote work ORA_ON_SITE (maybe means onsite). Description: SAIC is seeking a CIO Services Task Lead / CIO Strategy Support to serve as primary point of contact... This is a fully onsite position (Linthicum, MD); REQUIRES a TS/SCI and PMP Certification. The contract provides IT infrastructure, cloud/hybrid architecture, DevSecOps, data strategy, AI/ML, and cybersecurity support across DC3 facilities in Maryland, Texas, Alabama, and Japan. Contractor teams are directly responsible for building, maintaining, securing, and defending DC3's global IT enterprise — from enterprise architecture and cloud migration to incident response and compliance with DoD cybersecurity frameworks — ensuring DC3 can continue its mission-critical cyber operations. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives by developing robust strategies, overseeing detailed project planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of the directorate. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT portfolio and project management. The CIO Services Task Lead is responsible for providing high-level strategic and operational support to the Chief Information Officer and the directorate, developing robust strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CIO Directorate. Then "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. Then "Qualifications" with "Required Qualifications" list bullet points. Then "Desired Qualifications" list bullet points. Then "Target salary range $200,001 - $240,000." We need sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (maybe required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe desired qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits (none given), Pay (salary range), Schedule (full-time, shift day). Also maybe location? Not a heading. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have content. We have: - About the role: description paragraph(s). We'll put in

. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points under Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the "Required Qualifications" list. Could be under Requirements heading. - Qualifications: maybe "Desired Qualifications". Could be under Qualifications heading. - Skills: maybe not separate; we could combine desired qualifications as skills? But we already have Qualifications for desired. Could also have Skills separate if we extract skill items from responsibilities? But better to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Desired Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Benefits? Not given. So we omit Benefits. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We must not include Job ID etc. So we drop those. We need to preserve all substantive information: location, schedule, clearance, etc. Those could be placed in About the role paragraph or maybe as a short

under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location, schedule, clearance etc in a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate meta paragraph. But we should not create a heading for them. So we can include them in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph will include: SAIC is seeking a CIO Services Task Lead / CIO Strategy Support ... fully onsite position (Linthicum, MD); requires TS/SCI and PMP Certification; contract provides ... etc. Also include schedule full-time, shift day, travel no, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info: location, schedule full-time, shift day, travel no, clearance required TS.SCI, clearance level must be able to obtain none, potential for remote work ORA_ON_SITE (maybe means onsite). We'll include those. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Key Responsibilities". We'll copy each line as

  • . Required Qualifications: list bullet points under "Required Qualifications". We'll copy each. Desired Qualifications: list bullet points under "Desired Qualifications". We'll copy each. Pay: target salary range $200,001 - $240,000. Schedule: we already included schedule in About the role, but we could also have a Schedule section with specifics: Full-Time, Shift Day, Travel No. However we already included schedule info in About the role; but we could still create a Schedule section if we have specific content. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we keep schedule info in About the role and not create a separate Schedule section to avoid thin section. But we need to include schedule info somewhere; we already have it in About the role. That's fine. But we also need to include Pay section because we have salary range. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Desired Qualifications), Pay. We must not include Benefits. Now ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment:
