Responsibilities

• Leads planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Captures and coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Manages risks and resolves challenges to ensure efficient outcomes.
• Makes regular progress reports and facilitates communication between technical and business units.
• Optimizes resource allocation and supports continuous improvement.
• Develops project documentation and implements best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Experience developing project documentation and implementing best practices.
• IT Program Manager experience within Healthcare.
• PMP certification (preferred but not required).
