Senior IT Project Manager

Apply Agile development paradigms to manage and adapt project workflows. Utilize project management tools for estimating, planning, risk, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project team members to achieve business objectives, processes, and system goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of combined business and IT experience, focusing on process implementation across multiple systems.
• Proven track record managing small to medium-sized IT projects with full accountability for budget, timeline, and sponsor satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of current trends in Information Technology and project management practices.
• Excellent listening skills and sound judgment to guide project decisions.
• Ability to learn from experiences and share insights with the team.
• Experience working in large corporate environments and managing diverse teams across locations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of Distribution Operations and Geographic Information Systems is beneficial.
