What You'll Do

• Strategic Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Facilitate Requirements Gathering: Facilitate requirements gathering and scope definition to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Develop Detailed Schedules: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure all project documentation complies with organizational standards and lifecycle frameworks.
• Methodology Application: Apply appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to manage execution effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership

• Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations and priorities are clearly understood.
• Alignment: Drive alignment across teams on deliverables and timelines, promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and impacts proactively, escalating issues per governance protocols.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Risk, Issue, & Governance Management

• Risk Identification: Identify, document, and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Governance Compliance: Maintain compliance with organizational governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Best Practices: Employ best practices in project management for planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
