Senior IT Operations Systems Analyst

About the role

The Senior-level IT Operations professional supports end-user computing environments across Windows and macOS platforms. Responsibilities include endpoint lifecycle management, hardware and peripheral support, troubleshooting complex device and application issues, onboarding/offboarding support, and operational process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-user computing environments across Windows and macOS platforms
• Manages endpoint lifecycle, including hardware and peripheral support
• Trains and supports users in the use of Intune and Jamf for secure and efficient user environments
• Provides executive support and troubleshoots complex device and application issues
• Improves operational processes through automation and AI-assisted support tools
• Delivers a high-quality customer support experience

Requirements

• Intermediate level of experience in device support, desktop support, service desk, hardware support, imaging, deployment, and executive support
• Experience with ITIL principles
• Automation experience with AI-assisted support tools
• Self-service portal experience
• Process improvement initiatives
• ServiceNow experience (to validate during qualification)

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
