Senior Operations Systems Analyst

About the role

DCS is seeking Senior Operations Systems Analysts to support the NSWCDD B30 Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations (EWSO) mission. The analysts will analyze threat systems, adversary tactics and kill chains, fleet operations, and AN/SLQ-32 system capabilities to inform EW requirements, operational concepts, testing, and technical documentation. Ideal candidates translate fleet experience and emerging threats into actionable guidance for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze threat systems and adversary tactics/kill chains.
• Assess fleet operations and AN/SLQ-32 system capabilities.
• Develop and refine EW requirements and operational concepts.
• Support testing and create/review technical documentation.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams based on emerging threats.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (required due to sensitivity of customer‑related requirements).
• High School Diploma plus 12 years of experience, or equivalent, in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Experience & Skills

• Knowledge of threat systems, red adversary tactics, and kill chains.
• Familiarity with blue‑force operational plans and fleet operations, especially in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
• Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare gaps and capabilities.
• Proficiency with Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Systems development and/or testing, including creation/review of technical documentation, Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Experience with Developmental and Operational Test & Evaluation.
• Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) 5000 series process.
• Knowledge of system variants of the AN/SLQ‑32 (V) and integrated systems.
