About the Opportunity:The SENIOR IT OPERATIONS ENGINEER role is designed to bridge gaps between various technical tools by building automation and managing identity and access systems. This position ensures operational efficiency through automation, supports AI tooling, and provides critical support for internal IT systems. The engineer plays a key role in maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure, collaborating with multiple departments to improve and automate workflows that support the organization's operations. Responsibilities:Build and maintain automation in AWS and GCP using Terraform and CI/CD pipelinesManage Okta Workflows, Workato, REST APIs, and webhooks for system integrationsDevelop and support AI tool rollouts and connectors, ensuring security and appropriate accessAdminister identity management systems including Okta and Auth0 with associated security policiesOversee DNS, PKI, WAF, rate limiting, and email authentication processesManage workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and GitLabHandle Tier 2 and Tier 3 service desk escalations and endpoint troubleshootingWrite and maintain documentation including runbooks and architecture notesContinuously improve IT infrastructure and processes for scalability and security Requirements:7+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, cloud engineering, or IAM engineering with at least 2 years in automationProficiency in Okta administration, including workflows and Auth0 custom logicWorking knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM) and GCP (projects, IAM, BigQuery)Experience building integrations and automations across various platforms Pay Range and Compensation Package:Compensation: $145,000-$165,000 plus 13-15% bonus Benefits & Perks:Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k) Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
