Senior IT Manager

About the Role

This is a leadership role focused on IT Operations—not software development. You will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant technology services across multiple facilities, supporting business-critical systems and leading technology initiatives. You will supervise an IT Support Specialist, collaborate with executives and third-party partners, and act as the primary technology leader in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Oversee network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and end-user support
• Supervise and mentor IT staff while coordinating with external technology partners and vendors
• Manage IT budgets, purchases, and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards
• Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and security programs
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 8-12 years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or senior technical role
• Strong experience with infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and vendor management
• Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
