Senior IT Change Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The Senior IT Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all IT change activities within the organization. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring changes to ensure they are implemented efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all IT change activities including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to IT changes
• Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about IT change activities
• Manage change requests from various departments and ensure timely implementation
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential IT risks

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or change management
• Experience with ITIL best practices
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications
