Senior IT Business Analyst

About Our Client:The organization operates as a Producer Responsibility Organization focused on implementing circular economy principles specifically through paper and packaging. It supports producers in complying with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, delivering harmonized services, and collaborating with governments, businesses, and communities to reduce waste and enhance recycling efforts. About the Opportunity:The SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST role is essential in designing and delivering technology solutions that effectively address business challenges for internal and external stakeholders. This position leads requirements gathering, translates complex needs into clear user stories, and supports the implementation of enterprise initiatives, including the adoption of modern technologies and AI capabilities. The role drives value by ensuring solutions align with business goals and promoting process improvements. Responsibilities:Lead business needs analysis to define solution requirements, user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align state and national business requirements.Conduct impact analysis, data flow mapping, and feasibility assessments.Analyze and model business processes to identify improvement opportunities.Participate in technology solution evaluation and selection.Support leveraging AI capabilities for scalable solutions.Engage in test planning, use case development, and solution validation.Assist in solution design, testing, and deployment for system enhancements.Review and support business documentation such as user guides and training materials.Mentor junior analysts and enhance business analysis methodologies.Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and develop related documentation.Support backlog prioritization and requirements refinement.Maintain accurate documentation using Jira, Lucidchart, and IT PMO tools.Contribute to continuous improvement of IT PMO processes and agile practices.Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Over 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or requirements management.More than 5 years supporting solution design, delivery, and maintenance.Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.Strong skills in business process analysis, design, and capability mapping.Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ERP, CRM, data analytics, integration, or customer portals.Preferably experienced in regulated environments with evolving compliance or reporting requirements.Experience identifying and delivering AI-enabled business solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate across global business and technical teams.Experience working remotely across stakeholders is a plus.Experience in Health Insurance or Supply Chain industries is a plus.
