Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software environments.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and user story creation.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum and backlog management.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows (transcription, documentation, automation).
• Background in government, transportation, or large enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting software modernization or transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
