Drive critical customer commitments through supply chain excellence in a high-impact project management role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
  • Develop project schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Drive build plans and material readiness activities to support customer delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, and operations teams to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and identify potential constraints before they impact production.
  • Partner closely with Customer Operations teams to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across stakeholder groups.
  • Identify project risks, material shortages, and operational challenges early.
  • Develop and implement recovery plans to address supply chain disruptions, production constraints, material shortages, and delivery risks.
  • Lead mitigation efforts to minimize business impact and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare project metrics, status reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Communicate project health, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving operational execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Customer Operations, Materials Management, Production Planning, or Integrated Supply Chain functions.
  • Knowledge of build planning, material readiness, recovery planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other regulated industry experience.
  • PMP or other project management certification.

Pay

$42.80 per hour
