Senior ISC Project Management Specialist
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a world-class aerospace industry leader to hire a Sr. Project Management Specialist who will play a critical role in overseeing and directing integrated supply chain operations.
About the role
The Sr. Project Management Specialist will oversee and direct Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) operations, managing high-visibility projects from planning through execution. You will identify risks, resolve issues, and implement performance monitoring mechanisms to ensure project objectives are met or exceeded. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys collaborating with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
- Drive build plans and material readiness activities in support of critical customer requirements.
- Partner with Customer Operations team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer priorities and operational execution.
- Develop and implement recovery plans to address material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges affecting customer commitments.
- Establish project schedules, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and drive accountability across project teams.
- Analyze risks, identify issues early, and lead mitigation efforts to minimize business impact.
- Prepare and communicate project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reports to leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on business objectives and customer commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 4-6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer operations, materials management, production planning, or integrated supply chain functions.
- Knowledge of build planning, material management, and recovery planning processes.
- Experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environment.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Pay
Starting at $42.80 per hour.
Schedule
1st shift, 7am to 3pm.
