Senior Investment Analyst - Real Estate Finance Group

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate for potential mortgage loan investment across multiple property types, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial.
• Interact with commercial real estate brokers and industry specialists to gather information.
• Prepare investment summaries, financial analyses, and written approval documents.
• Aid in the preparation of annual reviews and ongoing asset-level monitoring.
• Participate in market research and data collection to support investment decision-making.
• Travel periodically to primary markets in Texas and the Southwestern U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a preference for a concentration in Finance or Real Estate.
• One to two years of experience in commercial real estate lending, investment, brokerage, appraisal firm, or consulting.
• Relevant internship or analyst program experience may also be considered.

About the Role

Pay

The salary range is expected to be between $69,900.00 USD - $116,500.00 USD, with the actual salary varying based on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.

Schedule

The role is offered on a hybrid schedule.
