The organization emphasizes innovation, flexibility, and a strong mission-driven culture.About the OpportunityThe Senior Internal Communications Manager leads the development and execution of internal communications strategies that strengthen employee engagement and reinforce the organization’s mission, strategy, and culture. This role partners closely with senior leaders to deliver clear, timely, and effective communications across a global, distributed workforce. The position also leverages AI-powered tools and workflows to improve communication efficiency, personalization, measurement, and impact.Responsibilities• Define and manage internal communications strategies for assigned stakeholders and organizational priorities.• Advise senior leaders on messaging, timing, audience needs, and communication approaches.• Ensure employees receive clear, concise, and relevant information and context needed to perform effectively.• Develop and improve AI-powered communication systems, tools, and workflows.• Use data and feedback to measure communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.• Integrate the organization’s mission, strategy, values, and culture into internal communications.• Implement AI-enabled approaches for content creation, personalization, distribution, and employee feedback.• Support live organizational events through communications planning, preparation, and speaker support.• Collaborate with internal and external communications teams on proactive and reactive messaging.• Manage multiple communications initiatives while balancing speed, quality, and organizational priorities.Requirements• 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, journalism, or other writing-intensive roles.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.• Proven experience partnering with senior executives and adapting communication styles to different audiences.• Demonstrated experience using AI tools responsibly to improve communications processes and outcomes.• Ability to remain composed, proactive, and effective in a rapidly changing environment.• Experience communicating with distributed or remote workforces across multiple locations.• Strong organizational, project management, and strategic planning skills.• Ability to develop creative ideas while also executing communications initiatives effectively.• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize high-impact issues while maintaining appropriate speed and quality.• Interest in and willingness to develop knowledge of the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Annual base salary range: $205,785–$242,100 USD, excluding equity and bonus.• Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and additional benefits.Benefits & Perks• Medical insurance.• Dental insurance.• Vision insurance.• 401(k) retirement plan.
