We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Company description: "Company Shared Services Argo and Farm Family are specialty property and casualty insurance brands whose underwriting companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Clearbrook Holdings Inc. Argo and Farm Family partner with agents and brokers to provide insurance solutions that enable businesses to manage risks with confidence." - Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor (should not be heading) - Employment Type: Full-Time - FLSA Status: Exempt - Location: In-office - Summary: "The Senior Auditor as a member of the Internal Audit function, is responsible for executing the company’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), including SOX and Model Audit Rule activities, and risk-based Internal Audit engagements. The role evaluates risks, assesses control design and operating effectiveness, performs financial, operational, compliance, and integrated audits, communicates findings, and monitors remediation. The Senior Auditor also supports program governance, external auditor coordination, data analytics, training, and continuous improvement. This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours." - Essential Responsibilities: bullet list (multiple paragraphs). We'll need to extract list items. - Analytics, Leadership, and Improvement: bullet list. - Qualifications / Experience Required: bullet list. - Preferred Qualifications: bullet list. - Pay: "The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package. Chicago Pay Range: $111,384- $132,498 New York City Pay Range: $121,482- $144,636" - Benefits: "We offer a competitive compensation package, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program—including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities." - Core Values: maybe not a required heading; but we could include as a section? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Core Values not in list; but we could include as maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be summary. We'll decide. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The Pay section includes "commensurate with candidate experience" which is filler; we should not include placeholder text. However we still need to include Pay section if posting actually states them. The posting does state pay ranges for Chicago and NYC. The phrase "commensurate with candidate experience" is filler but it's part of the sentence. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". That means we should not have a heading with only filler text; but we can still include the Pay section if we have substantive content (the ranges). We should maybe rephrase to avoid the filler? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. We can keep the sentence but maybe we can remove the filler phrase? That would be summarizing away detail? The instruction says do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Removing "commensurate with candidate experience" could be considered summarizing away detail? It's a qualifier; but it's not essential numeric info. Might be okay to keep it? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't say we cannot have filler within a paragraph; just that we shouldn't have a section that only contains filler. So we can keep the sentence as is. Similarly Benefits: "We offer a competitive compensation package, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program—including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities." That's substantive. Schedule: Not explicitly given besides "This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours." That could be considered schedule? Not exactly schedule like hours. Might be considered "Schedule" section? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have location and in-office requirement; we could put that under "About the role" or maybe a separate "Schedule" section? The schedule is basically "In-office, standard business hours". That's specific enough. We could create a Schedule section with that info. But we also have "Location: In-office". Could be part of About the role. We need to decide sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential responsibilities + analytics, leadership, improvement?), Requirements (qualifications/experience required), Preferred Qualifications maybe as part of Requirements? Could separate. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine some: Qualifications and Skills maybe overlapping. We have qualifications/experience required (education, experience, skills). Skills could be separate list of skills (e.g., proficiency in MS Office, analytics tools, etc.). We'll extract. Let's extract substantive content: About the role: summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list of essential responsibilities (SOX/ICFR Compliance, Internal Audit, Analytics, Leadership, Improvement). We'll combine into one list. Requirements: maybe "Employment Type: Full-Time, FLSA Status: Exempt, Location: In-office" but those are metadata. Could be minor; we could fold into About the role paragraph. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, at least five years relevant experience, demonstrated SOX/ICFR experience, working knowledge of standards, understanding of ICFR, ability to lead audit workstreams, strong analytical etc., excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, ability to travel up to 15%. Skills: maybe list of specific skills: process documentation or flowcharting tools, data analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, ACL, IDEA), etc. But those are also in qualifications. Better to follow the instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll create sections that have content. We'll produce:

    About the role

    ... summary ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet ...
    • ...

    Requirements

Employment Type: Full-Time; FLSA Status: Exempt; Location: In-office (100% in‑office, standard business hours).

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, information systems, data science, or a related field.
    • At least five years of relevant experience in public accounting, internal audit, SOX/ICFR compliance, or a combination of these disciplines.
    • Demonstrated SOX/ICFR experience, including scoping, walkthroughs, control design assessment, operating effectiveness testing, deficiency evaluation, and remediation monitoring.
    • Working knowledge of applicable Internal Audit professional standards, the COSO Internal Control—Integrated Framework, enterprise risk management concepts, and risk assessment practices.
    • Understanding of ICFR, control deficiency evaluation, management assessment requirements, and external auditor reliance considerations.
    • Ability to lead audit workstreams, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, apply professional skepticism, constructively challenge management, and influence practical improvements.
    • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present audit, risk, and control matters clearly to business partners and senior management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as process documentation or flowcharting tools.
    • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 15%, including occasional overnight travel.

    Skills

Maybe we can list specific technical skills: process documentation/flowcharting tools, data analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, ACL, IDEA), etc. But these are already in qualifications. However we could separate: "Skills" could include proficiency in MS Office, data analytics tools, etc. But to avoid duplication, maybe we combine qualifications and skills into one section? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we merge Qualifications and Skills into one section called "Qualifications". But we need to follow the heading list? Not required to use all headings; just we can use those headings if we have content. We can omit Skills if we don't have distinct content. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include Benefits section: we have benefits paragraph. Pay section: we have pay ranges. Schedule section: we have in-office, standard business hours. Let's extract benefits: "We offer a competitive compensation package, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program—including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities." Pay: "The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package. Chicago Pay Range: $111,384- $132,498 New York City Pay Range: $121,482- $144,636" Schedule: "This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours." Now we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is "Please Note Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. At this time, we are not able to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas. If you have a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar state or local law and you wish to discuss potential reasonable accommodations related to applying for employment with us, please contact our Benefits Department at 210-321-8400." That's application instructions/legal; we should remove. Also "Core Values At Clearbrook our Core Values are
