Senior Internal Audit Analyst - Hybrid in Eden Prairie, MN
Primary Responsibilities
Aid in executing internal audits, including planning, documenting control procedures, and testing and reporting in accordance with professional and departmental standards.
Prepare detailed and accurate workpapers meeting departmental quality standards and adhere to project timelines.
Identify and analyze audit issues, conducting root cause analysis and proposing practical corrective solutions.
Follow up on assigned audit report action plans to ensure business partners implement agreed-upon actions.
Participate in specific projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, technology, or related field
- 1+ years of relevant business experience
- Proven interpersonal skills and effective teamwork
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Four in-office days per week in Eden Prairie, MN
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing audit, assurance, or risk-related certification
- 2+ years of accounting or auditing experience
- Experience in health or related insurance fields
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, MAR, SOC
- Understanding of internal control concepts and their practical application
Pay and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
