Senior Interior Designer
One of the nation’s leading Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design firms is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 7–15 years of experience in upscale hospitality or residential interiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design
- Proven experience with upscale hospitality or residential interiors
- Ability to envision and enact design concepts that enhance experiences
- Fluency in AutoCAD, REVIT, or other BIM software
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated sketching ability preferred
- NCIDQ certification preferred with active record in good standing
- LEED accreditation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Director of Interior Design and serve as the lead designer and project manager on exclusive projects
- Manage all project-related tasks, client meetings, coordination with operators, and purchasing
- Collaborate with clients, in-house design team, architects, and consultants
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Interior Design to generate project deliverables such as interior drawing sets, project schedules, and FF&E specifications
- Serve as a Chambers representative for clients as well as suppliers, vendors, and colleagues within the industry
- Maintain a strong presence in professional organizations (ASID, NCIDQ, NEWH, etc.)
- Engage with our high-end private club clientele and other key stakeholders
