Senior Interior Designer

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and produce work throughout all phases of any project.
• Develop the aesthetic design and prepare the interior design, including drawings and specifications.
• Be well-versed in design through the delivery of interior design processes & projects.
• Use computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Adobe Programs.
• Work autonomously and prioritize multiple projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience leading or assisting a project team in developing the aesthetic design and preparing the interior design, including drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in design through the delivery of interior design processes & projects.
• Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Adobe Programs.
• Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to meet project timelines.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and the project team.

• Comfortable and professional in client-facing interactions.
• Show initiative and creativity in daily responsibilities.
• Assist in setting up an office standard and workflow.

Pay

The firm offers a base salary compensation for this position based on experience ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, in addition to a discretionary yearly bonus. This is a unique position, and compensation beyond base salary is negotiable.
