From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design journey from early-stage market concepts to global launch by defining use cases, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Analyze unique market landscapes and local billing behaviors to propose and build market-specific design initiatives that scale payments reach.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex cross-functional requirements and global challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions.
- Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping to visualize agentic workflows and iterate on product experiences based on user research and market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience prototyping and utilizing AI tools to explore conversational or automated payments.
- Experience using agile methodologies or leading team retrospectives to improve design health.
- Experience developing skills in managing organizational change and continuous improvement.

Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
