Senior Interaction Designer, Consumer Payments Markets

From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design journey from early-stage market concepts to global launch by defining use cases, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Analyze unique market landscapes and local billing behaviors to propose and build market-specific design initiatives that scale payments reach.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex cross-functional requirements and global challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions.
• Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping to visualize agentic workflows and iterate on product experiences based on user research and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
• Experience prototyping and utilizing AI tools to explore conversational or automated payments.
• Experience using agile methodologies or leading team retrospectives to improve design health.
• Experience developing skills in managing organizational change and continuous improvement.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
