Senior Integration Specialist - Enterprise / Spécialiste sénior(e), intégration – grandes entreprises
About the role
Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You'll be the named technical owner on Vention's largest accounts, running Executive Business Reviews alongside the Account Executive and being the person leadership calls when an account is at risk or ready to expand.
Drive L3/L4 escalations from first response to root cause. When the integration team can't resolve an issue, you step in, orchestrating Engineering and Product where needed, and own the outcome end-to-end.
Project-manage high-stakes deployments. When flagship automation lines go live, remotely or on-site, you lead from start to finish and are in the room when it counts.
Mentor Integration Specialists. You won't carry direct reports, but you'll set the technical standard on the team and actively develop the people around you.
Close the loop between the field and the product. You'll bring recurring customer pain to Product, Engineering, and QA, lead UAT on major releases, and make sure what you're hearing from customers actually shapes the roadmap.
What You Bring To The Table
- 5+ years in industrial automation, robotic systems integration, or senior technical support, with meaningful time in a senior, customer-facing capacity
- Robot programming mastery in at least two of: Fanuc, Universal Robots, or ABB, this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
- The ability to learn and work within Vention's automation stack (MachineMotion, MachineLogic, custom Python logic), or the demonstrated ability to ramp on it fast
- Exceptional communication skills, you can move between debugging a control system at the bench and presenting a remediation plan to a VP of Operations on the same day, and you write clear post-mortems
- A track record commissioning industrial automation systems and resolving complex, multi-system failures end-to-end
- Fluency in English; French and/or Spanish are a strong asset given our customer base in Quebec and LATAM
- Curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful
Nice to have
- Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira, and a habit of leaving clean documentation behind you
