Senior Integration Engineer, Business Systems

About the Role

As a Senior Integration Engineer in Business Systems, you will design, build, and manage integrations and processes connecting enterprise business systems for procurement, finance, hardware supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and after-sales service. This hands-on technical role involves translating business needs into scalable system solutions by collaborating with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to enable efficient and intelligent scaling of operations.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations across enterprise business systems using MuleSoft and an Integration iPaaS platform
• Build Python-based tools and automations for data validation, API testing, and process optimization
• Write and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and analytics
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure integration robustness, security, and scalability
• Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for custom components and data flows
• Monitor and support launched integrations and automations using metrics and logs to improve reliability and performance
• Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and version control using GitHub and modern DevOps practices

Requirements

• 8+ years architecting, designing, and scaling enterprise APIs and integrations in high-volume environments
• 5+ years hands-on experience with iPaaS Integration platforms, preferably MuleSoft
• 3+ years recent hands-on experience with Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go
• Experience integrating with enterprise business systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Zip, Coupa, Salesforce, Workday, or SAP
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data pipelines (Airflow, Fivetran, Prefect, or Databricks)
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services like S3, Lambda, SQS, RDS
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate functional requirements into technical designs
• Proven track record delivering complex integrations for procurement, finance, or supply chain systems

Pay

Pay varies by location and is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

• Zone A: $217,800 to $326,800 USD
• Zone B: $207,000 to $310,400 USD
• Zone C: $196,100 to $294,100 USD
• Zone D: $185,200 to $277,800 USD
