About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with EHR, practice management, telephony, and CRM systems
- Develop and support API, HL7, and FHIR interfaces
- Lead integration discovery and solution design with client IT teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues
- Ensure HIPAA, security, and compliance standards are maintained
Requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating with major EHR and practice management systems
- Strong API, HL7, and FHIR expertise
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, and security requirements
- Telephony, SIP, or CCaaS integration experience
- Experience supporting AI, digital health, or healthcare technology platforms
Qualifications
