About the Role
The Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) organization within the Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) team of Raytheon is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Plano, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)/Notice of Escape (NOE)/Upgrade implementation coordinator with the Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Product Support Team Manager (PST) for logistics support
- Work with FSR Manager, Maintenance Manager, and FSR site leads to determine schedules for incorporating fleet-wide changes
- Work with PST logistics team to plan for shipments to support fleet changes
- Brief customer weekly on status of critical fleet-wide changes
- Domestic and international travel (up to 25%) may be required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience in logistics, system documentation, and/or delivery for technical systems
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years
- Experience with radar, electronic warfare, or similar electronic systems
- Experience with Maintenance Management databases
- Experience working within cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience in presenting to internal or external customers
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for process optimization, inventory and tracking, and data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Field Service Rep deployments in CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Previous experience with new product integration in a DOD logistics environment

Pay
The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
