Responsibilities

• Review the preliminary information from the Intake Coordinator and work with the potential client to gather all the circumstances and details related to the potential case.
• Prepare the potential client’s intake paperwork and input the information in the case management system.
• Conduct internet and external research as needed and appropriate.
• Conduct internal conflict research on all potential new cases.
• Make decision to either accept or turn-down the case.
• Work closely with legal teams in assigning new cases to ensure a smooth process.
• Add value to the intake process by providing careful evaluation and appropriate recommendations.
• Contact all potential incoming clients via the firm’s website, email, and US mail.
• Meet with all potential client walk-ins.
• Conduct and follow up on potential client intake consultations.
• Follow all firm guidelines and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in legal, medical, or insurance claims field required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required; FileVine experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
