Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or Progressive Insurance Companies in all aspects of litigation.
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs, and negotiate settlements.
- Work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation and assess claim value.
- Assess risk exposure by analyzing written discovery, depositions, medical records, and other relevant documents.
Requirements
- Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM)
- A minimum of five years general/auto civil litigation experience
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship for employment
