Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, cookie/navigation, duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The introductory paragraph about Jacobs mission, impact, etc. Could be considered "About the role". The posting starts: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow...". That's about company and role. We'll put that in
under

We must not include boilerplate: EEO statement, job posted date, open for at least 3 days, application experience, contact for support, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe some repeated phrases. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll create sections:About the role

But we must not repeat job title as heading; we didn't. Now Responsibilities: We'll list duties. We need to decide what belongs to Responsibilities vs Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. Often Responsibilities: tasks you will do. Requirements: minimum qualifications (education, experience). Qualifications: preferred qualifications. Skills: specific technical skills. But we can combine as needed. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section maybe "Requirements". But we have headings list; we can use only those that have real content. We have substantive content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Skills (software proficiency), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll create sections accordingly. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points: - Managing the schedule and ensuring the technical quality of complex engineering tasks. - Developing an understanding of client expectations, scope, budget, and timeline. - Supporting on-site startup activities. - Coordinating work with team members. - Collaborating closely with the discipline lead. - May lead small teams, guiding task execution and ensuring alignment with project goals. - Designing electrical circuits and control panels. - Developing control systems for a range of processes. - Identifying optimization opportunities across process control, instrumentation, and automation. - Mentoring others – helping team members grow, discover their strengths, and advance in their careers. - Overseeing all I&C engineering and design activities for assigned projects (as I&C Lead Engineer). - Working with and managing both domestic and international teams, providing mentorship and training. - Ensuring compliance with client requirements, Jacobs standards, and applicable industry regulations. - Developing project scopes of work, preparing manhour estimates, creating I&C Execution Plans, defining resources required. - Functioning as the I&C lead throughout all project phases as needed. - Identifying staffing needs and coordinating with the Department Manager to secure appropriate resources. - Performing tiered reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy, adherence to codes, specifications, design criteria, and sound engineering practices. - Demonstrating strong communication skills, with the ability to train, drive change, and implement improvements. Now produce HTML.
We'll need to ensure we don't include empty sections. All sections have content.
Let's craft.
We'll start with
About the role

Make sure no extra whitespace issues. Now write the content precisely. Check for any duplicated lines: we must avoid repeating same bullet. Let's draft. About the role paragraph: combine first two sentences maybe. Original: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. List: - Managing the schedule and ensuring the technical quality of complex engineering tasks. - Overseeing all I&C engineering and design activities for assigned projects as the I&C Lead Engineer. - Working with and managing both domestic and international teams, providing mentorship and training. - Ensuring compliance with client requirements, Jacobs standards, and applicable industry regulations. - Developing project scopes of work, preparing manhour estimates, creating
