Senior Instructional Designer, Global Operations

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join their Global Operations team. This role focuses on operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are critical. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Create Capability/Competency Maps for key roles within Global Operations
• Develop innovative training solutions using eLearning tools for Global Operations initiatives
• Utilize emerging technologies like AR/VR for impactful training delivery
• Leverage AI in the content creation and translation process
• Review existing training materials for clarity and accessibility
• Manage the lifecycle of new technologies, ensuring compliance and security
• Support Global Operations leadership in defining learning priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Preferred advanced degree in learning or content development
• Minimum 5 years of training content development experience using eLearning tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams and PowerPoint
• Preferred knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements

Pay

$124,160 – $232,800 annually
