Senior Instructional Designer

Instructional Designers collaborate with project teams to ensure learning programs meet objectives, regulatory standards, and educational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement instructional technology tools to facilitate engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
• Partner with subject matter experts to devise original designs and concepts for training materials, activities, and programs.
• Build implementation plans resulting in high-quality participant experiences for both synchronous and asynchronous learning.
• Evaluate training programs by reviewing and facilitating surveys, focus groups, or interviews, and compile data to determine effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Required Relevant Experience: 5 years.
• Desired Relevant Experience: 5 years.
• Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
  • Data Analytics to create reports and build dashboards for ROI and impact metrics.
  • Proficiency with Excel for data comparisons, functions, and data management.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently, set and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in Adult Learning Theory and design/development of instructional materials, preferred.
