About the Role

Full-time night-shift Senior Remote Patient Monitoring Technician. This role includes training new staff, assisting with team-member onboarding, and promoting a positive patient experience by partnering with patients’ families, staff, and other care providers. Work is performed under stressful conditions with compassion and respect to ensure patient privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Train new Remote Patient Monitoring Technicians
• Assist with onboarding of new team members
• Collaborate with patients’ families, clinical staff, and care providers to deliver excellent patient experience
• Monitor patients remotely while maintaining privacy and dignity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience (required)
• Prior monitor-technician experience (preferred)
