About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote understanding of innovation trends and solutions
• Quantify potential enterprise value from innovation opportunities
• Lead multiple project teams through design and execution phases
• Guide initiatives on concept testing and validation processes
• Seek and translate insights from new technologies and consumer trends
• Document learnings and recommendations for future initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and nurture innovation culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in innovation, emerging technology, or product design
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology
• Demonstrates superior expertise in relevant subject matter and adjacent areas
• Strong execution mindset with proven project management skills

Pay

$105,000 – $165,375 annually
