Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities
Engages with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives
Assists in creation of technology strategy and engineering roadmaps by partnering with other engineering managers, directors, and stakeholders on one or more teams.
Communicates multi-year functional strategy.
Sets expectations for team and holds them accountable for results.
Direct strategies around technology equipment/software negotiation, procurement, and inventory management.
Manage assigned vendor relationships and assist with budget and contracts where applicable.
Provide input on refresh strategies to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and 4 years of related experience including 1 year management experience
- Or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 6 years related experience including 1 year management experience
- Or 8 years related experience including 1 year of management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supervising others, including performance evaluation
- Work schedule flexibility to support off-hour work as needed
