The Sr IT Analyst - Systems Operations is responsible for providing systems analysis and support, or installing, configuring, and maintaining technologies or systems.

Your role on the team

• Leads teams/projects involved in collecting business requirements and developing and configuring system specifications
• Interviews stakeholders to gather and document business needs for modifications to applications
• Defines scope of projects and develops test plans for those projects
• Develops new processes that improve functionality of systems and technologies

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science from a 4 year college or university
• Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
