You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects ensuring accountability from start to finish
• Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks
• Synthesize data from various sources to identify solutions
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop decision-support tools promoting transparent decision-making
• Influence strategy and priorities with evidence-based insights
• Take ownership of project goals and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in analytics, strategy, or informatics
• Competence in defining problems and creating solutions in unstructured environments
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize diverse data
• Experience presenting complex analyses to senior leadership
• Proven ability to influence decision-making through structured reasoning
• Experience translating business goals into measurable analytical strategies
• Proficiency in analytical tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau

Pay

$97,900 – $133,500 annually
