Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC). Implement master data domains including:Person / ContactMember / AccountCustomerOrganizationParty.

Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC).
  • Experience with:Business 360 ConsoleReference 360Cloud Data Integration (CDI)Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
  • Configure and manage:Business entitiesRelationshipsHierarchiesCrosswalksSurvivorshipTrustValidationGolden records.

Integration & APIs

  • Develop batch, API-based, and event-driven integrations.
  • Integrate Informatica MDM with:Kafka / ConfluentREST APIsDatabasesEnterprise applications.
  • Design Kafka:TopicsEvent schemasMessage structuresRetry mechanismsReplay processesReconciliationDead-letter handling.
  • Implement real-time and batch integrations.

Data Engineering & Cloud

  • Build scalable data pipelines using Informatica CDI.
  • Integrate with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks.
  • Experience with:DatabricksDelta LakeMicrosoft AzureAzure Key VaultEntra ID / Azure ADPython.

Security & DevOps

  • Support:SecurityRBACEnvironment promotionCI/CDRelease managementOperational support.

Production Support

Technical Design Documents & Implementation Artifacts

Create technical design documents and implementation artifacts.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of enterprise Master Data Management experience.
  • 3+ years of recent hands-on Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC) experience.
  • At least one complete Informatica MDM SaaS implementation delivered into production.
  • Strong experience implementing:PersonCustomerMemberAccountOrganizationContactParty domains.
  • Experience integrating Informatica with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
  • Experience with:CDICDQCAIMust have hands-on experience configuring:MatchMergeSurvivorshipTrustGolden Record rules.
  • Kafka or enterprise event-streaming experience.
  • Completed at least one full production implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS.
  • Strong technical implementation background.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

  • Must have recent hands-on Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC) implementation experience.
  • Must have hands-on Business 360 Console configuration experience.
  • Must have experience with:CDICDQCAIMust have hands-on experience configuring:MatchMergeSurvivorshipTrustGolden Record rules.
  • Must have Kafka or enterprise event-streaming experience.
  • Must have completed at least one full production implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS.
  • Must have a strong technical implementation background.
  • Do Not Submit Candidates With Only Informatica MDM On-Prem experience. Informatica PowerCenter experience. Cloud Data Integration without MDM SaaS experience. Administration-only experience. Production support-only experience. Architecture-only experience. Project management experience. Migration-only experience. No hands-on Business 360 configuration experience.
