Informatica IDMC/MDM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Informatica IDMC MDM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This role will be responsible for implementing and managing master data domains, building scalable data integration and data quality solutions, configuring match and merge rules, publishing golden records to downstream systems, and integrating with enterprise platforms using APIs and Kafka. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring recent experience implementing Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS in production. Role & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC)Design and implement Person/Contact and Member/Account master data domainsConfigure business entities, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, survivorship, trust, validation, and golden-record rulesConfigure Business 360 Console, Reference 360, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI)Develop batch, API-based, and event-driven integrationsPublish master data through Kafka, REST APIs, databases, and other downstream integration channelsDesign Kafka topics, event schemas, message structures, retry, replay, reconciliation, and dead-letter handlingBuild scalable data pipelines using Informatica CDI and integrate with enterprise data platforms including DatabricksConfigure data stewardship workflows and duplicate management processesSupport security, RBAC, environment promotion, CI/CD, release management, and operational supportTroubleshoot production issues involving data quality, matching, integrations, publications, and performanceCreate technical design documents and implementation artifacts Hard Skills - Must have: 7+ years of enterprise Master Data Management experience3+ years of recent hands-on Informatica Multidomain MDM SaaS (IDMC) experienceSuccessfully delivered at least one complete Informatica MDM SaaS implementation into productionStrong experience implementing Person, Customer, Member, Account, Organization, Contact, or Party domainsExperience integrating Informatica with Kafka or similar event-streaming platformsExperience building enterprise data integration solutions using CDI, CDQ, and CAIStrong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data governance Hard Skills - Nice to have / It's a plus: Healthcare or Membership domain experienceExperience integrating Informatica IDMC with Databricks or enterprise lakehouse platformsExperience with Azure cloud servicesInformatica IDMC certificationsExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Codex Soft Skills: Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues effectivelyStrong communication skills in English, both written and spokenStrong time management and organizational skillsProactive mindset and ownership of technical challengesAbility to work effectively in collaborative, client-facing environments At Allata, we value differences.
