About the Opportunity
RSCS and MRC are seeking experienced ammonia refrigeration service technicians with real-world field experience. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure systems operate safely and reliably.
Requirements
Proven industrial refrigeration field-service experience
Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems required
Strong troubleshooting skills and safe work habits
Ability to work independently in the field while contributing to a professional team
Experience with compressors, controls, valves, motors, electrical troubleshooting, and system startups strongly preferred

Pay
We use a tiered hourly pay scale across RSCS and MRC for technician roles:
Apprentice/Entry: $20–$30
Technician (Early-Career): $30–$40
Journeyman (Mid-Level): $40–$50
Senior/Field Supervisor: $50–$70 (top end reserved for highest-level Senior Ammonia Technicians and Field Supervisors)
Starting pay is based on verified experience, certifications, and job scope (including on-call/travel as applicable) and may vary by location due to local market and cost of living; hiring managers set the final starting rate within the appropriate tier.
