Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician- Pittston, PA (Weekday 1st shift)

About the Role

As a Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician at Intelligrated, you will provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of our products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. Reporting to a client site in Pittston, PA, you will impact service efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth by maintaining the highest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
• Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, electronic and electrical equipment) and shop according to safety and quality procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customers on resolutions
• Work overtime and cover multiple shifts when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mechanical and/or Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience with PLC’s
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
