Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Manufacturing

Role: Master Mechanic responsible for maintaining critical manufacturing equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform expert diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems supporting food production.Troubleshoot complex equipment breakdowns and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.Document work activities in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and safety initiatives.Mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.Proficiency in using CMMS for documentation.Effective communication and teamwork skills.
