About the role

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure the highest standards of code quality and maintainability.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software meets specifications and is free from defects.
  • Document design decisions and coding practices to facilitate future maintenance and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Skills
