About the role
You'll be responsible for ensuring manufacturability in new product designs, diagnosing manufacturing issues, improving manufacturing processes in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.
Responsibilities
- Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fulfill customers' needs.
- Participate in new product development efforts with manufacturability design input.
- Diagnose, Debug, Correct, and Document manufacturing problems as they arise.
- Improve Manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and/or throughput.
Requirements
- Assume other projects and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
- Learn new technologies as required.
- Regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment.
- Work with Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Quality personnel.
- Daily independent and team decisions relating to new product programs and design projects.
- Has influence on design and manufacturing operations as related to manufacturability, schedule and product performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of high-speed electronics design, debugging, and manufacturing
- Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
- Must be a Lawful U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizen
